Delivery Information

Delivery times:

When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their handover to the carrier, not the delivery, which can take between 3 to 5 business days.

If you are not in Europe, allow a few extra days before receiving your item.

Even if 95% of our parcels are delivered within 05 days, delivery can take up to 4 to 6 weeks in cases of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (given the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions...)

If the delay seems long to you, don't worry, you can track the progress of your order on the ORDER TRACKING page.

Important details:

When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers may be involved. In addition, and to save you high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, the different items in the same order may be sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal that you may receive your items individually and at different times.
